Service Description
THE KITCHEN RANGE COOKERY SCHOOL Come and join us in our bespoke classes in West Wickham. Our classes are limited to eight participants so that our tutor can ensure you receive quality and detailed instruction. Our kitchen is designed so that everyone will enjoy equal visibility to all demonstrations. You will have 2 hours of hands on cookery, individually and in pairs, finishing the evening with a delicious spread around our rustic dining table. Outline - 2.5 hours. 19:00 - 21:30 Join Tiffany in our Taiwanese masterclass. Authentic recipes, ingredients and stories. As well as discovering the skills of Taiwanese cuisine, learn about Tiffany's heritage and where her fantastic palette and love of food came from. You may recognise Tiff from her fantastic career in food, whether on a hit Netflix show or selling her infamous fried chicken locally.. @tiffcooksalot Tiffany will take you through the steps of braising pork belly for you to feast upon at the end of the class. Shredded tofu noodle salad. Blanched broccoli salad with a zingy pine nut chilli sauce. Classic egg drop tomato soup. We will sit down together as the class draws to a close, enjoy the spread which you have cooked along with rice and a crisp beer, just as a classic Taiwanese family would. - You do not need to bring any equipment or ingredients to the class - - Refreshments will be provided - We ask our students to please be respectful to our neighbours on arriving and departing the school.
