THE KITCHEN RANGE COOKERY SCHOOL Come and join us in our bespoke classes in West Wickham. Our classes are limited to eight participants so that our tutor can ensure you receive quality and detailed instruction. Our kitchen is designed so that everyone will enjoy equal visibility to all demonstrations. You will have 2 hours of hands on cookery, individually and in pairs, finishing the evening with a delicious spread around our rustic dining table. Outline - 2.5 hours. 12:00 - 14:30 Join our resident Italian chef Adelia in this pasta masterclass. Learn the art of the perfect pasta dough and sample some culinary delights in this midweek evening class. Using both machine and hand techniques, create two dishes to be enjoyed both at home and in class. We will mould perfectly cute tortellini filled with sweet potato, fennel and chilli. You will be able to enjoy this dish in the class with a vegetarian broth also learn an alternative recipe for a sage and butter sauce. We will then move on to a delicious roasted vegetable filled lasagna, filled with oozy cheese and hand made pasta sheets. Sit down with your classmates and enjoy your dish with a glass of Italian wine and savour your success. Your lasagna will be packaged up to take home and enjoyed at a later date.. or for dinner if you just can't wait. - You do not need to bring any equipment or ingredients to the class - - Refreshments will be provided - We ask our students to please be respectful to our neighbours on arriving and departing the school.
