THE KITCHEN RANGE COOKERY SCHOOL Come and join us in our bespoke classes in West Wickham. Our classes are limited to eight participants so that our tutor can ensure you receive quality and detailed instruction. Our kitchen is designed so that everyone will enjoy equal visibility to all demonstrations. You will have 2 hours of hands on cookery, individually and in pairs, finishing the evening with a delicious spread around our rustic dining table. Outline - 2.5 hours. 19:00 - 21:30 Join our lovely chef Beth in the evenings Vietnamese masterclass. Beth is a private chef and food writer based in South London. Beth competed and was a semi finalist on Masterchef UK. Beth is focussed on sustainable cooking and has a zero waste mindset. Her repertoire and understanding of the food industry is varied and complex. You may recognise the lovely Beth from the infamous Chatsworth Bakehouse.. Beth will take you through the steps to put together a Korean feast, washed down with a well earnt glass of something appropiate. MENU - - Make Bibimbap – trust the Koreans to transform the humble rice bowl into a recipe that’s revered all around the world! With a kaleidoscope of seasoned sautéed vegetables, Korean marinated beef, and the signature fried egg, the thing that really seals the deal is the bright red, spicy Bibimbap Sauce. - Prepare and take away your own Kimchi. Gut health, the words on everyones lips, delicious and nutrias blend of seasonal vegetables. - Learn how to prepare and fry Korean Fried Chicken. Make the sauce to dress this moorish dish. - You do not need to bring any equipment or ingredients to the class - - Refreshments will be provided - We ask our students to please be respectful to our neighbours on arriving and departing the school.
