THE KITCHEN RANGE COOKERY SCHOOL Come and join us in our bespoke classes in West Wickham. Our classes are limited to six participants so that our tutor can ensure you receive quality and detailed instruction. After the class, enjoy a discount card to spend in our retail shop below, The Kitchen Range. Outline - 2.5 hours. 12:00 - 14:30 Join Adelia Delicarta and enjoy her expertise in all things culinary and Italian. Adelia has had a extensive career in food, baking and teaching and is well versed in all things pasta, pastry and patisserie. Adelia's Italian roots will ensure you have the most authentic lesson and come away with more than just fully stomachs. - Saffron laced risotto milanese : learn how to make fresh chicken stock and how to turn left over risotto rice in to arancini - Traditional tiramisu : master a classic sabayon sauce, learn the alternative methods of cooked/raw eggs in to mixture. - Enjoy your boozy dessert with a glass of vino around our rustic, candle lit dining table. - You do not need to bring any equipment or ingredients to the class - - Refreshments will be provided - We ask our students to please be respectful to our neighbours on arriving and departing the school.
